1.The Object of Vanquish Space
In Vanquish Space there is no "beating the game" per se. Vanquish Space is round based. The winner of each round is posted on the home page and everyone's over all ranking is recorded in the rounds section. There is a top list for alliances as well.

The currency in Vanquish Space is metal. It is used for purchasing items and building ships.
3/4.When do I get paid ? When do I get my daily tanning simulator matches and fuel for my daily attacks?
Every day at 12:00 AM or 3am EST there is a server reset, at which time you will be paid your salary and allotted your daily fuel for battles and simulator matches.
5. How come I am not getting anymore daily battles or simulator matches?
Daily battles and simulator matches will accumulate up to a maximum of double your daily limit.
6. I registered with the wrong e-mail address. How do I fix it ?
This can not be fixed. You will have to register again with the correct e-mail address. All accounts that are not signed into for the first time, expire after 5 days. Idle accounts expire after 30 days. If you have been playing longer then a round, and you are changing e-mail addresses, you may e-mail on the contact us page and we MAY be able to change it at the end of the round. Please include your old address, new address, and username.
7. Can you restore my deleted account?
Deleted accounts are removed entirely from our system - we cannot retrieve the information for your account. You will need to sign up a new account.
8. Me and my (brother, sister, friend, etc) use the same computer. If we play your game will we be removed for cheating?
Multiple accounts are not tracked through IP addresses, so you have nothing to worry about. As long as your two accounts aren't benefiting each other you will not get in any trouble. Accounts can be however banned by both ip and username. So violating TOU/rules may get everyone banned. So play nice.
9. When I log in I receive an invalid referrer error. What is going wrong?
The problem is a firewall or proxy that you are running behind - it is removing the referrer header from your HTTP requests. To log in you will need to either disable the proxy/firewall or reconfigure it. You may want to seek your network admin's help on this one.
10. My account was hacked into and all my stuff has been sold. Can you get it back for me?
It is hardly possible for anyone to "hack" your account - each page checks the password you entered and again each time you click something. We have found that people have given their password out more times then a hack which would register on our server. It is the responsibility of each account owner to ensure that their password remains a secret. It is impossible to determine if you are the original owner or someone trying to access said account. As such, we do not reinstate anything lost to malicious users.
11. Can you delete my account?
We do not manually delete accounts - you must leave it idle at which point it will be removed from the database. If there is some legal reason why you cannot wait then feel to contact us and we'll see.
12. I accidentally bought a _________ instead of a _________. Can you undo my purchase?
Sorry, but we can't restore accidental purchases or ships built.
13. I accidentally allocated to _________ instead _________. Can you undo make the change?
Sorry, but we can't fix allocation mistakes.
14. ________ is cheating. Can you remove them?
The game currently has many anti cheating measures in effect, which severely limits the extent to which one can cheat the system. Because of this, we don't need cheater reports. If its language or abuse in the boards or chat then please contact the board moderator using in game messaging. The name of the current mod can be found in "Galactic Communications" 'or' use the 'contact us' form.
15. Can I have _______ for free? or I would like to purchase _______, but don't have the money right now. Can I pay you in a week or two?
Sorry, we don't give away freebies to users. What is given to one must be given to all.
16. I just signed up, but received no email from you. What should I do?
The first thing to do in this situation is use the retrieve lost password feature. This will send your login info to your email again. If this doesn't work contact the VS admin through the contact us page.
17. What do I need to play ?
A modern web browser that supports frames and has frames enabled. Flash plug in for your browser is required for the music and future features.
18. How much does it cost?
Its free! So get playing! You can add a upgrade packages in the future. But it will always be free to play.
19. I cannot equip the item I bought. / 20. How do I find the right item for my ship?
The most common problem players have is buying the wrong item for their ship. When buying an item, it must meet the class of your ship and your crew's experience must be high enough to effectively use it. The best way to buy an item is to go to your ship yard and click the ship you want to buy the item for. General information (1) will tell you what class of items you can use and what level your ship is. If you do not want to worry about the class and level, just click 'Buy Items' for this Ship (2) and you will see a filtered list of whats available at the trade station for your ship's class and level.

21. I dont understand the level system.
The easy way is to think of it like this. Earning Knowledge Points helps you advance Tech levels. Higher tech levels help you buy more advanced ships.
Ships have CrewExp. As your crew gets more experienced your ships goes up levels. The higher experience of the crew of your ship. The more advanced weapons they can manage.
